Shops, restaurants, and bars along South Broadway, Washington Park, Nixon's Coffee, Wash Perk, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Safeway, Natural Grocers, Sam's Club, and much more is all less than 1 mile away. You can move-in as early as December 14th with the rest of December rent on me! Rent would start January 2021, the length of the lease is flexible.
