    Responsibilities:

    • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs.
    • Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer.
    • Help clients choose mortgage options that meet their needs
    • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases
    • Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales
    • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers
    • Stay abreast of changing market conditions, economic trends, and applicable State and local regulations and laws.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous sales experience
    • A valid real estate license or the ability to earn one before starting (don’t worry we’ll help you get started!)
    • Have an understanding of percentages, basic finances, and other simple math concepts
    • Outstanding customer service skills are a must
    • Computer savvy
    • Admin and clerical skills needed to manage files and records; Must have basic computer skills.

    Compensation: $100K Annually at plan

    We are looking for aggressive, competitive, high performers who are persuasive, outgoing, people-persons.

    • Manage a sales pipeline through the sales cycle by outbound calls, emailing followups, and scheduling appointments
    • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents
    • Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the Fort Collins market

    Qualifications:

    • Passionate about selling
    • Able to communicate effectively
    • Decisive and proactive
    • Strong phone skills: able to set and close appointments over the phone
    • Be a team player who is driven to support the team

    Compensation: $10-$12 per hour plus bonuses
